My reason for fundraising is to support survivors of acid attacks and help raise awareness of the long-term impact these incidents have on individuals’ lives. It’s something I feel strongly about because beyond the physical injuries, survivors often face emotional trauma, loss of confidence, and challenges reintegrating into everyday life.I believe it’s important to not only support recovery, but also to promote understanding and compassion. Through fundraising, I want to contribute towards organisations that provide medical care, rehabilitation, and ongoing support, while also helping to raise awareness and encourage positive change.
For me, this is about standing for resilience, supporting those affected, and using any platform I have to make a meaningful difference.
